HexGL Unblocked
HexGL is a futuristic hover racer built to show what WebGL could do in 2012, and it still looks it: a neon cityscape track, a ship that skims a metre above it and a speed that turns corners into commitments. You race the clock, not opponents, and scraping the walls costs shield and speed.
The menu offers a difficulty setting, a control type (keyboard, touch, gamepad or Leap Motion) and a quality setting for older machines, and a replay plays back the run at the end. The open-source copy here ships the Cityscape track with a second track's geometry in the files; there is no online leaderboard in this offline build.
How to play HexGL?
Lift off the throttle before a chicane rather than braking in it. Boost on straights only; a boosted corner is a wall hit. Keep the ship centred through the tunnels, where the walls close in fastest.
Controls
Desktop: up arrow to accelerate, left and right arrows to steer, A and D to air-brake, space to boost. Gamepad and touch are selectable in the menu.
HexGL unblocked
HexGL runs right here in the browser with nothing to install, so it plays on school Chromebooks and other locked-down networks.
