Mr Bullet is a shooting puzzle where the trick is never the aim itself but the angle. You play a suited spy with a pistol and a strict bullet budget, and each level places a handful of enemies behind cover, around corners, or on the far side of the room. Since you rarely have a straight line to all of them, the game is about bouncing shots off walls, knocking objects onto heads, and finding the one ricochet that clears the whole room at once.
Levels are grouped into chapters, and each chapter adds new wrinkles: explosive barrels, moving platforms, hostages you must not hit, and enemies who need more than one bullet. Later on you unlock grenades, which arc instead of flying straight and open up a totally different set of trick shots.
Every level shows how many shots you have, and finishing under budget is where the satisfaction comes from. Blasting through a room with one perfectly planned bounce, watching the bullet clip three enemies and drop a crate on the fourth, is the feeling the game is built around.
Between chapters there are extras to keep things fresh: a roster of characters to unlock, a set of mini games such as a tap-to-flap challenge, and a duel mode that pits you against another shooter in a quick-draw showdown. Some of these online extras may not be available in the browser version, but the main campaign is fully playable.
It is a game that looks like an action title but plays like a puzzle. Take a second to trace the walls, think about what the bullet will hit after the first bounce, and let go only when the whole chain makes sense.
How to play Mr Bullet?
Drag to aim and release to fire. Before you shoot, look at the walls and the objects around each enemy: a bullet that misses the first target can still bounce into the second, and a hanging crate or barrel is often worth more than a direct hit. You only have as many bullets as the counter shows, so plan the shot that covers the most enemies, and save your last bullet for whoever is easiest to reach. Never shoot hostages. When grenades unlock, remember that they arc and roll, so aim above your target rather than at it.
