Deal Or No Deal

Deal or No Deal is the TV game with no skill in it beyond nerve. Twenty-six briefcases hold amounts from a penny to a million dollars; you claim one, then open the others a few at a time. After each round the banker phones in an offer based on what is left on the board, and you take the deal or say no deal and keep opening.

The game shows the chance of a big win as a percentage, and the banker comments as your luck turns. There is no counter-offer; the choice is always the number on the screen or the case you picked at the start.

How to play Deal Or No Deal?

Look at what is left on the board, not at the offer. Early offers are always low; the banker pays closer to the average as fewer cases remain. If the board still holds two of the top amounts, playing on is usually worth it; if it holds one, the deal usually is.
