BoxRob Unblocked
BoxRob puts you in charge of a small forklift with a long, bendy arm and gives you one job per level: get every box onto the truck. It sounds like a warehouse chore and it turns into a genuine puzzle game within about five stages.
The forklift drives left and right, jumps, and picks boxes up with a claw that hangs off a jointed arm. Because the arm has physics, a box you are carrying swings, catches on ledges and tips you over if you turn too fast with something heavy out in front.
Early levels are just navigation. Boxes are lying around, you collect them, you drive them to the truck. Then the game starts stacking crates you have to climb, gaps you have to bridge with a box, and slots that only accept one particular crate, so the order you collect things in becomes the puzzle.
Nothing is on a timer, which is what makes it work. You can sit at the start of a level and work out the sequence, and when you get it wrong the restart is instant, so trying an idea costs you nothing but the ten seconds it takes to find out it was wrong.
Levels are numbered and short, and the difficulty curve is steady rather than brutal. There are stars in awkward corners for anyone who wants a reason to redo a level they already solved.
How to play BoxRob?
Look at the level before you move, and find the box that has to go last, because that usually tells you the order for everything else. Use boxes as terrain: a crate dropped in a gap is a bridge, and a crate stacked against a wall is a step. Carry heavy things low and slow, since the arm swings and the forklift will roll if you jump with a box out in front. If a box ends up somewhere unreachable, restart rather than fighting it.
Controls
A and D to drive left and right, W to jump, and mouse click to grab and drop boxes with the claw. On touch screens the same controls appear as on-screen buttons and a tap to grab.
