Paper.io 2 is territory-taking on a flat map. You start with a small patch, drive out of it leaving a trail, and the loop you close when you return is added to your area. While you are outside your territory the trail is your weakness: anyone who crosses it kills you, and you can do the same to them.

This browser version is the top-down 2D game against bot opponents, and there is no round timer; a game runs until you are cut, and your score is the share of the map you hold. Bots are cautious but they will take a long trail if you leave one.

How to play Paper.io 2?

Take small loops early and bigger ones once you own a corner. Never draw a long trail near another player's territory. Cut a bot by crossing its trail close to its head, where it has the least time to turn back.
