Passengers in their seats call out what they want, and it is on you to sprint to the kitchen, cook it up, stack the tray, and race back before anyone loses patience. The busier the flight, the more plates you are juggling at once.
Every order served pays out, and that money goes straight back into the business: hire extra crew to cover more seats at once, unlock new dishes and kitchen stations, and eventually trade up to bigger aircraft with bigger cabins and bigger payouts. Side quests and new planes keep unlocking as you go, so there is always a next upgrade to chase.
How to play Airplane Manager?
Watch the cabin for a passenger's order bubble, then move to the matching station to start cooking. Don't let one long order tie you up while three other seats sit waiting; stack what you can carry and deliver in batches. Once you can afford it, hire staff so someone else is covering the seats you can't reach in time, and reinvest earnings into faster stations and new aircraft rather than sitting on your cash.

Click or tap on a passenger or station to make your choice there. Move around the cabin with WASD on a keyboard, or with the on-screen joystick on touch devices.
